Santoi Wilcox & Shannon Jones
At the heart of everything we do is a passion for bringing women together, creating meaningful experiences, and building a community where sisterhood can truly flourish.
Santoi Wilcox is a visionary leader, event planner, mentor, and community advocate who believes in the power of connection and purpose. Through her work in community service, faith-based initiatives, and women’s empowerment, she has dedicated her life to helping others grow, heal, and achieve their goals. Her passion for creating memorable experiences and safe spaces for women inspired the vision behind our events and sisterhood gatherings.
Shannon Jones is a creative force with a heart for encouraging others and building authentic relationships. Her warmth, dedication, and commitment to uplifting women make her an essential part of the organization. Shannon believes that every woman deserves a community where she feels supported, valued, and celebrated, and she brings that passion into every event and initiative.
Together, Santoi and Shannon founded Sis Blooms Beautifully Events with a shared mission to inspire women to grow, glow, and blossom into the best version of themselves. Through empowering events, community outreach, fellowship opportunities, and meaningful connections, they strive to create an environment where women can build lasting friendships, support one another, and thrive together.
